I stopped everything to be by this warm pool home with a lake view!

Its deep winter here in Sarasota, FL...It means its time to sit poolside, the sun is shining, the weather is warm and we are flush with buyers from the north (snowbirds as they are known locally), that are looking to buy real estate in Sarasota County or Manatee County, FL.

This is the time that Florida real estate agents hustle day and night to care for their normal clientele AND the swelling numbers of snowbirds that flock to the area. Its a very busy time here and for some its almost like feast or famine, some agents become like Kodiak Bears when the salmon run... they've got to catch as many as they can possibly handle. They are all a flutter with the lure of connecting with a snowbird that's ready to buy.

I Have No Need to Panic When Helping Snowbirds 
Now I've felt this fever in the past, and with experience, I've come to learn that there is no need to get in a panic about the hundreds of thousands of snowbirds that flock here, if I do my job, they will run into me (I'm intentionally getting in there way), and they will get the top notch service that our team knows they deserve as our customers. Always a win-win, however today was a big win when I came across this poolside/lakeside view!

As I regularly do now I was out previewing a home in a neighborhood, this time it was University Park Country Club in Sarasota. I know we will have clients looking for homes in University Park Country Club this winter season, so my wife and business partner, Anja Buetergerds, and I decided to go out and tour some homes. Oh did we get luck with this one.

The View Stopped Me in My Tracks!
We stepped into this beautiful John Neal New Construction Home and I just stopped when the pool came into view. It was fabulous and the pool side was perfect. I honestly could not care about the rest of the home, or any Sarasota County Real Estate, I just wanted to spend time by the pool.
It was too nice a day to leave and it seemed the best thing to do was to stop photographing the home and just give everyone what they would want this winter, a warm, Sarasota, poolside view.
