Most of Lakewood Ranch located in Manatee County, East of I-75 with three highway exits, University Pkwy, State Rt 70 and State Rt 64. The community extends East out beyond Lorraine Rd. There are two main zip codes for Lakewood Ranch, 34202 and 34211 that cover the residential areas. There is also Business park section of Lakewood Ranch that is south of University Parkway in Sarasota County and the zip code for that area is 34240.
